Is Renting or Staying In A Hotel Better
For long term stay or workers needing a place to stay it is significantly cheaper to rent a house, RV spot, Apartment then it is a hotel room. Why spend all your per diem when you can save it.

How Long Can I Rent?
We have permanent people living in park. Stay as long as you’d like.
Do I Need a Renters Insurance?
If staying in a mobile home owned by the park, then yes you will need renters insurance. If you have an RV you must have proper insurance coverage on it as well.

Where to put Money from Cash/Check/Money Order payments?
It is located on the front side of the Wash Room. Tenant needs to put money in envelope with lot number written on outside.
When Is Rent Due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late by the 5th. Late fee’s are added to total.
What Properties Are Avalible
a. The park has three type of properties.
i. RV spots
ii. Mobile Home lots
1. Either you own the mobile home or the park owns some that are available for rent as well
iii. Apartments
